Many of the causes of low labour productivity are outside of individual companies’ control. But, as British companies seek to increase their competitiveness after leaving the European Union, it is critical that they do all they can to get the best out of employees and to keep their best employees in place.
Achievers recently conducted surveys of employees in the UK, United States, Belgium, the Netherlands and Ireland to try and understand employee engagement levels and appetite for new opportunities in each country, and to assess the main factors impacting these. This Engagement & Retention report summarises and interrogates the results of these surveys.
